Paint Grants
Railroad Street
The New Milford Trust for Historic Preservation offers a limited number of grants to New Milford property owners who are planning to paint the exterior of their historic homes or barns. The grant of $400 is to be used for the purchase of paint. Interested applicants should contact Patricia Greenspan, the organization's Vice President, outlining their plans for their project.
Grants are contingent upon the completion of the project and require receipts for the purchased paint. Before and after pictures of the building are also required.
